Oppo A12 pricing and availability
The Chinese smartphone company Oppo launched Oppo A12 in two different configurations. These include 3GB of RAM with 32GB of storage and 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. However, at the moment the company has only revealed the pricing for the 4GB model that is IDR 2,499,000 which can be translated to Rs 12,300 as per Indian currency. The entry-level smartphone will be available in two colour options Black and Blue.
Oppo A12 specifications
Oppo A12 features a water drop-style notch display having 6.22-inch HD+ screen with an 89 percent screen-to-body ratio running 720×1,520 pixels of resolution. The display offers 1, 500:1 contrast ratio with 450 nits of peak brightness and is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 6.1 skinned on top of Android Pie. Moreover, it is going to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The internal memory can be expanded by up to 256GB using a microSD card. In terms of optics, Oppo A12 features a dual rear camera set up that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portraits. While on the front there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture. Also, it comes with a Dazzle Color Mode in order to preserve the natural colours in photos. The Oppo A12 smartphone draws its power from a 4,320mAh battery. In addition to this, it comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics. For connectivity, there is 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Beidu, and Glonass among others.
