It makes it easier for users to find out and know more about the business. The second tool of WhatsApp Business is the Messaging Tools provided by the platform. With the tools provided, the business owner can respond to customers easily and efficiently. The ‘Quick replies’ tool allows the business owners to reply quickly to the frequently asked questions of the customers. On the other hand, the ‘Greeting messages’ tool allows the owners to introduce the customers to their business and the ‘Away messages’ tool allows them to let the customers know when to expect a reply from the business owner. There is also the WhatsApp Web tool in the WhatsApp Business among the other tools. The Web tool allows the business owners to chat with their customers from their desktop instead of their phones. It also allows the owners to manage the conversations and send files to customers. The WhatsApp Business app is available to download on the iOS platform from today onwards. The free app can be downloaded by business owners in Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, India, Mexico, the U.K. and the U.S. The WhatsApp Business app will soon roll out to other parts of the world as well. WhatsApp Business was introduced by WhatsApp back in January 2018, but at its initial stage it was launched just for the Android platform.
